on both our Frame and Frameless Cabinetry and a life-time
warranty on all knobs, pulls and drawer slides.

Your Warranty Number is needed for the form below and can be found on the the yellow Warranty
paper attached to the Maintenance kit located in one of your cabinet drawers. If this paper is not there,
contact your Adelphi Dealer and ask for the 5 digit Authorization Number for your job
and send that number to us as a Warranty Number

10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Adelphi Kitchens, Inc. is pleased to offer this ten-year limited warranty on its framed construction cabinetry.  This warranty covers defective materials or workmanship on any Adelphi-made custom product for the original purchaser at the original site of installation.

To take advantage of this limited warranty, the original purchaser must fulfill the  following:

1.    Sign and return the warranty paper supplied with the kitchen to Adelphi Kitchens.

2.    Warranty claims are to be made to the original Adelphi dealer where purchased.

3.    In the event the dealer is no longer in service, report the claim in writing directly to Adelphi Kitchens, Inc.

Under this limited warranty Adelphi Kitchens Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole judgment, any part determined by Adelphi Kitchens Inc. to be defective. Adelphi’s sole obligation is the repair or replacement of the item in question.  Adelphi Kitchens Inc. will not be responsible for the removal, shipment, reinstallation, or any other consequential costs associated with warranty claim products.

The above warranty has the following exclusions:

1.      Any damage not caused by Adelphi Kitchens, Inc.

2.      Defects arising from improper or extended storage, or faulty installation are not covered.

3.      Damage or defects arising from customer misuse, abuse, or negligence are not covered. 

4.      Normal wear and tear of cabinetry components is not a warranty issue.

5.      Any items not manufactured by Adelphi Kitchens, or dealer supplied, are not under warranty.

6.      Changes in color due to natural aging of the wood or finish caused by exposure to natural or 
   artificial light are inherent in all wood products and do not constitute use of warranty.

WE EXCLUDE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES NOR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHICH RELATES TO OUR PRODUCTS.   ADELPHI KITCHENS, INC. SHALL BE THE SOLE ARBITER OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REJECTION OF ANY WARRANTY CLAIMED ITEM.  NO OTHER REPRESENTATIVE HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO CHANGE OR EXPAND THE ABOVE WARRANTY DECLARATIONS, OR OUR LIABILITY.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,  SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU BASED ON YOUR LOCATION.

1.       Sign and return the Warranty card to Adelphi Kitchens, Inc.

2.             Report any possible claims to the Dealer from whom the cabinets were originally purchased.

3.       In the event that dealer is unavailable, report the claim, in writing, to Adelphi Kitchens, Inc. directly, at Adelphi Kitchens, Inc. Warranty Service, PO Box 10, Robesonia, PA  19551

1.       Damages not caused by Adelphi Kitchens, Inc.

2.       Defects arising from improper storage or installation.

3.       Changes in color due to natural aging or mellowing of the wood or finish caused by exposure to natural
          or artificial light. It is an inherent feature of all wood products and finishes.

4.       Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

5.       Damage or deterioration of products due to normal wear and tear over time.

6.       Items not manufactured by Adelphi Kitchens, Inc. (Trash units, Two-Tier Cutlery Divider, etc.)

We exclude and are not responsible for any consequential damages or any incidental damages arising out of breach of any expressed, written, or implied warranty or which relates to our products. Adelphi kitchens, Inc. shall be the sole arbiter of repair, replacement, or no work at all under this warranty. No representative has any authority to change or enlarge the above warranty or our liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
